Others (who have met me before) commented on this too, saying that I was more confident and looked well. I wonder why I have been coming for the last 5 years and I now know that I can now start putting back in to WAY what I previously gained from it. I loved the singing workshop - can we include this every year? Very therapeutic. Thank you once again for a lovely weekend . Hello,

It was my first AGM and it was a bit daunting walking in to a room where 120 people where and I only knew 3!! - but meeting new faces of a similar age and problems was great. I found the tutorial session very good I went to the one about teenagers, what a releif it was to know what my 17yr old was doing what had been experienced by many others, and that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I really enjoyed the singing it made me realise how much pleasure you get and I have deceided to join a local choir as a way to being positive and for pleasure..
