WAY needs your help supporting young widowed people

There are several ways you can support WAY:
Take the plunge for WAY!
WAY has teamed up with Skyline Events to offer you the thrill of a lifetime!
Imagine the exhilaration of a freefall parachute jump or a tandem skydive? Well now’s your chance.
No experience is needed, and the training and jump are free if you raise a minimum amount of sponsorship. And you can skydive at 25 different centres across the UK.

WAY receives no government funding and is entirely volunteer-led.

You can donate via Justgiving….
All WAY members pay £15 a year to join but we welcome any additional contribution you can afford to make.
Fundraise for us
We'd love you to raise money for WAY so that we can do more for young widowed people and their families!
You can raise sponsorship for any event:
- sponsored walks, runs, triathlons
- mountain trek
- cycle ride
If you're not quite as energetic you could:
- cut your hair
- lose weight
- grow a moustache
- give up smoking
You could also ask people for donations to WAY instead of presents for a birthday, anniversary or other family occasion.
We now work with Justgiving, the award-winning online fundraising service that makes it really easy for you to raise money. On Justgiving, you can set up your own page to collect donations online from friends and family all over the world. They can sponsor you securely, quickly and easily with a credit or debit card.

You could also set up a fundraising page in memory of someone you have lost - a very special way to remember a loved one.
All money you raise will be gratefully received by WAY and we will use it to further our work with young widowed people.

Even though we are run by volunteers, we need funds to run our website, print promotional materials and publicise the work we do. It also costs money to training our volunteers who respond to newly-bereaved members. Every penny you can raise for WAY will be most appreciated - thank you for your time and effort.
Get Involved
If you would like to get involved in running a local group, organising a holiday or helping in any other way, we'd love to hear from you.
The WAY committee is always grateful for volunteers and if you have a particular skill you can share, or some free time, please do get involved!
It's a great way to make new friends and help WAY become an even better organisation.
